I can't remember what day this was....but I better get this vacation blogged before I forget everything.
We spent Sunday at the beautiful Zoo and had a great time there. It was a drizzly, overcast day and it rained on and off, but we made the best of it. The best thing about this zoo is that you could see the animals close up....what beautiful creations from our Heavenly Father. Also the landscaping was so green and lush that it made the experience even better.
Before we even got in the door Clark was already throwing a 2 year old meltdown, so we went and bought some leashes at the gift shop. They worked pretty well...you will see some pics later on of that.
First off we saw the Giraffes....what cool animals!
Everyone seemed to be hungry....doritos to the rescue
Next the gorillas...those were awesome
More animals
And making his blog Debut...Uncle Kevin!! He is such a good helper....here we are about to get on the train...
The boys discovered their new found love for trains....especially Grant...anytime he would hear it he would say, "Choo choo....melt my heart.
He was waving to the passerby's.
More details of the zoo
They had this great Lion House where all the lions were able to come inside and get fed while we watched...it was crazy to be so close to them...they are beautiful creatures.
We could have spent 2 days there...so much fun stuff to see...Here is a bunny. Audree wants a bunny so bad...maybe someday!
The boys in the petting zoo...I didn't get any pics of the sheep though...whoops. Notice the binkies...by this time of day the boys were D.O.N.E...binkies to the rescue. Clark was so sad to leave his tractor...

After a wet day at the zoo they quickly fell asleep...we thought we would take a little drive around Pacifica. It was Gorgeous!!
Dreamy...I need to print this to remind myself of the tranquility...
Another fun day....the thought of fixing the RV was looming over my head so I had a sour attitude at times. More on that in the next post!
